Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Before shipping your product back please make sure you package it up exactly how you received it and in all its original packaging. All items must be in brand new and resalable condition. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a credit will be issued accordingly. All returns are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee depending on the product and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If the product never makes it back, then that is an issue between you and the shipping service you used.

Special Orders / Direct from Manufacturer shipments:

If an order is placed for an item that is not part of Rare Blooded LLC and/or Print3d Garage’s regular inventory you as the customer may experience a longer than usual lead time. Manufacturer's shipping schedules may vary. With this being said, special orders cancelation must be submitted in writing 5 business days prior than the initial quoted ship date.

If the order is shipped and on the way to the destination, the order will not qualify for a refund until delivered to the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after ordering

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refun, please contact us at support@rareblooded.com


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before shipping. (Special Orders may vary)

Contact us immediately to cancel your order with your name, order number, reason for canceling, and the items you want to cancel.

Cancellations are subject to fee of 10% of the original purchase price.

These are fees we are charged directly from the vendor and credit card processors which is what is costs us to process your original transaction.

If you order and cancel a product it costs us money to pay employees to work, process, cancel, interact, as well as processing fees. Unless an item is out of stock you will pay a minimum of 5% to cancel your order regardless of the reason. If you have any questions, speak with a representative prior to ordering.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at support@rareblooded.com with your order number and contact information. We will proceed accordingly based on which type of product you are wishing to return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
